Is there any shipping cost charged for orders made?

We offer standard free shipping all across India on all orders.

What is you timeline for shipment Delivery?

Our Products are ready to dispatch. Order placed before 10 AM, shall be shipped on same day, later than that will be shipped on next business day. and generally arrive within 3-5 working days from the dispatch date. However, if the delivery address is situated in a remote area or if circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government actions, or other uncontrollable factors arise, there is a possibility of delays in the delivery process.

Who is your courier partner?

Our shipping operates on all days of the week except for public holidays or instances of government-mandated lockdowns, and other scenarios that could impede delivery operations. In order to guarantee the swift and excellent condition of your order, we partner with esteemed logistics service providers such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Indian Post, Bluedart, Ecomexpress among others. This approach ensures that your order reaches you promptly and in impeccable condition.

Is there any charge for COD (cash on delivery) Orders?

Currently we do not offer Cash on Delivery Option.

How will I know if my order has been placed?

After placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive a confirmation on email / phone sms from us. If there is a problem with the processing of your order, you will be notified by email /phone sms.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
